Our Favorite Healthy Recipe

What You'll Need:

  • 1 Cup raw cashew peices (organic if possible) or hemp seeds (if nut intolerant)
  • 1/3 Cup water (filtered if desired)
  • 3 Tb Nutritional Yeast Flakes (high in B vitamins & adds cheesy flavor)
  • 2 Tb fresh organic lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt (celtic or Himalayan)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or granules
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder or granules
  • 1 large organic chopped red bell pepper (seeds removed)
  • 1 clove fresh organic garlic

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until nice and smooth.  This dip is fantastic with veggie sticks or organic corn chips or in  Romaine lettuce roll-ups!
